Question:
do you guys prefer to take care of stripped strap buttons by:
1. some toothpicks/ matchsticks dipped in elmers
2. wood glue+sawdust filler then re-drill the hole

Don't redrill. Toothpicks and wood glue, tried and true method.

i usually take the strap button off put a washer between it and the strap and get longer screws and glue them in so the strap is literally bolted to the guitar....doesnt go anywhere :thu:
