Question:

Today, after much yard work and general labouring around the house with my wife, I finally got to sit down and play my new baby!
She ordered me this guitar "just becasue" and it cam in Thursday, but I actually just picked it up this morning.
I dont have actual pics, becuase my camera gear is 1 1/2 hours away right now. But I will post pics in a few days. The actualy colour of mine is dark cherry burst on the SWEETEST slab of tight, highly flamed maple I have seen in a while.
Its my first Floyd equipped guitar and I look forward to many dive bombs in the future! :)

Wow! I've always thought that those are the best looking guitars around.

Well, I know its not even a day, But I was eyeing up the exact same guitar for months at the local shop. (untill someone else bought it).
I ordered the same one, same finish but mine actually has a way better birds' eye neck and a much tighter, more flamed top.
The neck is perfect! Oiled maple, fat & wide enough to feel just right in my hands. The guitar at first glance looks more "shredder spec" but even with the overwound pups, the middle and neck positions give the warmest and very clear tones. The bridge, clear and not at all what I would say "too hot".
We have two gigs this month (three nights total) and I hope to get comfortable enough with it to take along by then.
The set up by the way was damn near perfect. Action, relief, intonation bang on. The frets are perfectly done, and the finish again perfect.
I ended up paying $1800 C - what I think was a good deal considering it was from a small shop that doesnt sell a ton of instruments.

Wow. These are really growing on me. It's almost like they revised the body a tad since they were introduced because they didn't look anywhere as nice as the Wolfgang, but yours looks HAWT!
