It's a bend and release but there's something else going on too that I can't pin down. first off you have a guitar like a Les Paul (with a individual volume for each pickup). You turn one volume all the way up and the other all the way down.
You prebend the note, pick it...then use the toggle switch back and forth as you slowly release the bend.
