Question:
Which type of Fender neck do you like? I have what I think are a C and U neck, C (flat, thin) on a MIM and U (thicker, beefier) on a Squier. I prefer the U neck hands down. I don't think I've tried the V neck.

I don't care as much as most of the folks on these boards. as long as the action is playable and, most importantly, the guitar sounds good my hand with accept and be happy with any neck.

I won't have a choice but to like the C neck: I just ordered my American standard with a "modern C" neck whatever that means. That's what I will play. I was curious about the soft V but I didn't have a chance to try one.
