Looks like Boston is starting a world tour with a singer they found on youtube!
I don't know much more other than a band member heard his youtube stuff and thought he was lipsynching! When they found out it was true he got an audition.
Crazier than the Ripper Owens/Priest thing cause the guy did kareoke and Ripper was already in a Priest tribute band.

As far as Ripper, I've seen Judas pries with both Halford (Painkiller tour) and Owens (Demolition tour), and felt that he did an excellent job.

had me wiping my eyes. No Joke. He has that emotion that gets you.
and Deen Castronovo (current drummer) slams and sings.
His version of 'Mother Father' is killer!
The rest of the band is awesome of course and Schon plays a Custom Gibson Gold top with some switching behind the tailpiece.
