So it looks like in a week or so I'll have a 1979 Marshall JMP II Superlead falling into my lap. I'm gonna hook it up to my BV412 (v30) cab along side my old tolex X100B with an a/b/y box and see what I can do to get myself evicted!

Lately I've been putting a Fender Stage 100 combo up on top and using the clean channel/reverb with the Carvin doing overdrive. Its amazing how much more definition you can hear when you have one amp above the other and the treble boosted.

you almost have an awesome rig those Crates with the V30s are half bad. they're not great, or even very good, but they stomp the bejeezus out of the regular Crates with the no-name speakers.

The only reason I ended up with the BV cab is that I found it on Craigslist for $200.
