I have one, just wondering about the others? I have the Jekell & Hyde. How is their customer service?

Its pretty good. They responded to my email once, but they didn't respond the second time. I asked them about a wierd noise on my silver version J&K.

The H2O is nice. The echo's more for short stuff, but I dig it. I really like the chorus on that pedal, because it can go from swooshy pretty stuff that sounds in-tune, to 'WTF is that?' territory

Answer:
I have the Jekyll and Hyde and the H20. The echo is tremendous, and it actually can do fairly long delays compared with old analog delays. The chorus uses "Bucket Brigade" chips, and like the Jekyll, it has internal trim pots and a dry signal out. The quality is very good.
