Has anyone here played this guitar. It looks like it may be a good alternative to a MIM fender. I am considering getting one. Any thoughts are appreciated.

The relicing is a bit weird looking (an I like relics, hell I have 2) but I bet it sounds great with that bucker in the bridge

For that kind of money you could get a nice beat up "well.... reliced" MIM and you would still have enough money to get new pups and strings.

the LTD is a George Lynch sig check out the esp board, theres a guy with most of his sigs there, but i have played a couple of the lynch models and i think they are great personally :thu:

I've seen the actual ESP version of that, it is pretty ugly looking.
I've played another one of his LTD signatures. It was a decent guitar, it wasn't anything spectacular, but good considering the price of it. Not quite as good as a lot of the stuff you could get around that price used though.

I imagine it does, I've never seen the actual 256, but I think the GL-56 looks bad. Maybe I just never got the whole relic thing.
