Your favourite "buddy buddy" pairings in the movies

Question:
The main criteria is that the 'buddies' in question have to bicker with each other a lot, and create loads of laughs in the process.
Scrap that, it can be whatever you want. :D
Here's some of mine:
Eddie Murphy/Nick Nolte – 48 Hours
Will Smith/Martin Lawrence – Bad Boys
Bruce Willis/Samuel L Jackson – DHWAV
Bruce Willis/Damon Wayans – The Last Boy Scout
Mel Gibson/Danny Glover – Lethal Weapon 1 - 4
Robert De Niro/Charles Grodin – Midnight Run
Jackie Chan/Chris Tucker – Rush Hour 1 and 2
Jackie Chan/Owen Wilson – Shanghai Noon
John Travolta/Sam Jackson - Pulp Fiction
My absolute favourite has to be De Niro and Grodin in Midnight Run because (out of all the buddy buddy movies) they make me laugh the most whenever I have watched the movie. This movie is so good, that when I first watched it on vhs, I think I watched it again immediately. :D They have to be the ultimate chalk and cheese pairing, and the two characters are very well written. The comedic chemistry is superb. :D
Answer:

Lloyd and Harry - Dumb and Dumber
The Dude, Walter and Donny - The Big Lebowski
Sulley and Mike - Monsters Inc.
Roger and Eddie - Who Framed Roger Rt
Dante and Randall - Clerks
Answer:

Despite popular opinion, I think Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are absolutely hilarious in Bad Boys and can't hardly wait for the sequel!
Answer:

I agree, I love Bad Boys and they always make me laugh watching that film, me to am looking to the second one!
I just got the Superbit version of it and it sounds mighty fine in DTS
Also agree with DHWAV : When Samuel L Jackson gets in the cab when he helps McClane out at the beginning, the line cracks me up.
"Zeus as in Father of Apollo, Mount Olympus don't f*ahem* with me or ill shove a lightning bolt up your a*ahem*, Zeus!"
Oh and this one from Bad Boys
"Don't Be Alarmed were negros", "no your saying it with too much bass in your voice" "Can we borrow so brown suugar"

If there's a better buddy pairing (or buddy movie) than John Wayne and Dean Martin in "Rio Bravo", I've yet to see it. The Duke and Mitchum come close in "El Dorado" I guess but it's no substitute for the real thing.
Answer:

Burt and Kirk in Tough Guys, a classic
Smiler.
Answer:

I'll have to plump for Charles Grodin nad Robert De Niro in Midnight Run.
Not very often someone out-performs De Niro like that
Answer:

Tango and Cash
No wait.... can't believe no one has said Woodly and Buzz yet from Toy Story. The ultimate in polar opposites.
Also another fave is Spoon (2Pac) and Stretch (Tim Roth) from Gridlock'd. Very funny together and great chemistry.
Answer:

Billy Crystal and Gregory Hines...Running Scared
Answer:

Andy Lau & Lau Ching Wan - Running out of time, great film with good chemistry between the two leads

Oscar Madison: I can't take it anymore, Felix, I'm cracking up. Everything you do irritates me. And when you're not here, the things I know you're gonna do when you come in irritate me. You leave me little notes on my pillow. Told you 158 times I can't stand little notes on my pillow. "We're all out of cornflakes. F.U." Took me three hours to figure out F.U. was Felix Unger!

The Odd Couple
Ah, beat me to it, my dear chap. Jolly well said, sir, although I regard "The Front Page" as somewhat over-rated and "Buddy, Buddy" as frightfully under-rated.
From "The Odd Couple" (among other gems to be found at the IMDB (http://us.imdb.com/Quotes?0063374)):
Felix Unger: In other words, you're saying you want me to leave?
Oscar Madison: Not in other words! Those are the perfect words!
:)
Answer:

Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis - Thelma and Louise :)
Answer:

I forgot to add John Gielgud and Dudley Moore in "Arthur" - wonderful comic pairing, although it's a shame they have much more chemistry than Moore and Ms.Minnelli, which tends to spoil later scenes.

Second greatest comedy double-act....
Threesome? Mathilda May and her two chums in "Lifeforce".

'Tis a jolly good double act, is it not?
From the IMDB (http://us.imdb.com/Quotes?0102004):
Fox as Nick Lang: Ever killed anybody?
Woods as John Moss: Counting today?
Nick Lang: C'mon John. Look, my character kills this guy. It's probably an innocent by-stander. I just want to know what that's like.
John Moss: You can't. Not by asking someone.
Nick Lang: Will you open up? I just want to know what it feels like to be inside your skin.
John Moss: I DON'T WANT YOU INSIDE MY SKIN, YOU UNDERSTAND? It's private! What's in there belongs to me! You're not gonna learn what it means to be a cop by eating hot dogs and picking your teeth and asking stupid questions. We live this job. It's something we are, not something we do! Every time a cop walks up to a car and has to give a speeding ticket, he know he may have to kill someone or be killed himself. That's not something you step into by strapping on a rubber gun and riding around all day. You get to go back to your million dollar beach house and your bimbos and your blow jobs and you get 17 takes to get it right. We get one take. It lasts our whole lives. We mess it up and we're dead.
Nick Lang: [picking up a tape recorder] **** was that great! John. Look. Can you just say that one more time for me, please? John...
:D
